Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility and long-term care settings. You will evaluate patients, develop evidence-based care plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

What You’ll Do:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program
• Certified by the NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state
