Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Occupational Therapy from a recognized college or university.
• Current Occupational Therapy license by the State Board of Registration in Medicine.
• Three years experience working with youth as a therapist is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth assessments and evaluations
• Developing and implementing plans-of care
• Writing daily and quarterly progress reports
• Participating as a member of IFSP and IEP team
