Qualifications

• Licensed in the state(s) where services are being provided as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician’s orders.
• Develop effective treatment plans.
• Supervise the Occupational Therapy Assistant in the delivery of clinical services.
• Communicate with health team members regarding patient progress.
• Participate in Plan of Care Meetings.
