South Pacific Rehab Services, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist (PT) to join a growing team in California. The role emphasizes comprehensive OT evaluations, treatment planning, and adherence to MD orders.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., MA, or M.S. or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by AOTA.
• NBCOT designation as an OTR (where state mandates).
• Current license/registration as an Occupational Therapist in-state.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings on standardized forms timely and accurately.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Ensure MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications and discharges.
• Deliver treatments using appropriate modalities and adjust as indicated.
