Qualifications

• Degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in the state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and up to date.
