Qualifications

• Must hold an OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by the state.
• Current OT licensure in the practicing state.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all physician orders are current and up to date.
