Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time role in a skilled nursing facility setting. The position offers a pay range of $36.00–$43.00 per hour with comprehensive benefits and professional development opportunities.

Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist to apply; duties include evaluation, treatment planning, and collaboration with the care team to achieve quality outcomes. Immigration support for H1B candidates is available.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OT is required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
