Job summary

Renewal Rehab in Charleston, IL, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join a Skilled Nursing/Long-Term Care setting. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized care plans, and work with a collaborative team.

Must be licensed as an Occupational Therapist with NBCOT certification where required, delivering high-quality care and participating in ongoing education and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by state.
• Current state license to practice OT.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
