Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is hiring a Licensed Occupational Therapist for a Full-Time position in Oak Lawn, IL (60453). You will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Must hold an OT license in Illinois and NBCOT if required by state; we offer competitive pay between $55,000 and $70,000 per year, comprehensive benefits, a flexible schedule,

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
