You will provide exceptional OT care, assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and families, document progress, and support patients in achieving long-term wellness.

Qualifications

• Active or obtainable Occupational Therapist license in California.
• Experience providing OT care across post-acute, retirement communities, and outpatient settings.
• Ability to document patient progress and maintain medical records.

Responsibilities
