Interface Rehab, Inc. in California is seeking passionate Occupational Therapists (OTR) to join our team. We offer full-time, part-time, and per-diem opportunities across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics. Flexible scheduling up to 40 hours per week.

You will evaluate and treat patients, develop personalized plans, collaborate with physicians and families, document progress, and support long-term wellness.

Qualifications

• Active California OT license or eligibility for licensure in CA.
• Experience across post-acute care, retirement communities, and outpatient clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy care to patients across settings.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
