Job summary

IU Health Tipton Hospital is seeking a licensed occupational therapist to join our inpatient and outpatient therapy team. A Master’s degree in occupational therapy and current Indiana licensure are required, with NBCOT certification preferred.

The role focuses on delivering skilled therapy across the continuum of care at a 25-bed critical access facility. Mondays 8:30-5pm with potential for additional shifts during high census or PTO coverage; benefits include a comprehensive package, PTO

Shift:

Mondays 8:30-5pm with opportunity to work additional shifts in times of high census and PTO coverage

Requirements:

• Requires a Master's Degree from an accredited academic program in occupational therapy; or, if foreign trained, graduation from an occupational therapy education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA.
• Current certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) is preferred.
• Requires current license in the State of Indiana.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
