Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group in San Francisco, CA, is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an evaluation-only, school-based role. You will assess students, determine eligibility, and contribute to educational planning with clear evaluation reports.

You will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams, participate in IEP meetings as needed, and maintain compliant documentation in line with district, state, and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Occupational Therapist license in California.
• Experience conducting pediatric evaluations and assessments.
• School-based experience and knowledge of IEP processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for students referred for services.
• Interpret assessment results and prepare detailed evaluation reports.
• Develop recommendations to support student participation and educational success.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings as needed.
