Job summary

Mercy in Missouri is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care and coordinate OT programs that enhance functional independence. You will work within state practice guidelines and collaborate with a caring team to promote recovery.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited OT program, eligibility or licensure in Missouri, and current BLS. NBOT certification is preferred; you will participate in departmental projects and ongoing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Current OT license or eligibility in hiring state; temporary license up to 90 days allowed.
• Current BLS certification; ability to respond to emergencies; NBOT certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within the scope of the State Practice Act.
• Organize and conduct prescribed OT programs to maximize patient potential.
• Collaborate with care teams and participate in department projects and initiatives.
