Job summary

Baybreeze Rehab in Gulf Breeze, FL is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our faith-based care team. The OT will perform evaluations, screenings, and create individualized treatment plans to support residents’ recovery and mobility.

Responsibilities include implementing ADL therapies, therapeutic exercises, and interventions to improve strength, coordination, and balance, while monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed. Active OT license in the state is required.
