Job summary

Mercy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide patient care by organizing and conducting medically prescribed programs within state practice guidelines. The role supports departmental growth through special projects and coordinated patient care activities.

Applicants must have an accredited OT program degree, current Missouri licensure or eligibility (temporary license up to 90 days), and BLS certification. NBOT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current OT licensure or eligibility in the hiring state; temporary license up to 90 days allowed.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• Preferred NBOT Certification in Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care by organizing and conducting prescribed programs.
• Promote growth and development of the department by assisting on special projects and coordinating activities.
• Respond to emergency situations as needed.
