Job summary

The ideal candidate will provide individualized therapy, help with handwriting and fine motor skills, and contribute to IEP planning.

Qualifications

• Completion of supervised fieldwork experience.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and collaborative skills.
• Previous pediatric or school-based occupational therapy experience is beneficial.
• Current, active South Carolina occupational therapy license, or eligibility to obtain state licensure. A valid license is required before practicing.
• Successful completion of NBCOT or other board-approved certification program and good standing.
• Graduate of an OT education program approved by ACOTE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess students' functional needs and provide individualized OT services.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate therapy records.
