Job summary

Vital Therapy in Snyder, Texas is seeking a dedicated occupational therapist to join our in-house therapy program on a full-time basis or PRN. You will work within a small, homey facility with an excellent interdisciplinary team to deliver skilled OT services for a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, neurological and cognitive conditions.

We offer flexible compensation options for full-time staff, with bonus opportunities up to $5,000.

Qualifications

• Active Texas OT license required.
• Experience in SNF/post-acute care preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement therapy programs.

Responsibilities
