Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in line with the Occupational Therapy Practice Act and Kaiser Permanente HealthPlan.
• Document services accurately and timely per state and federal requirements.
• Participate in multidisciplinary clinics and care conferences.
• Refer patients to appropriate providers when care is outside scope.
• Instruct education classes or groups as requested by management.
• Contribute to department in-services and staff orientation as needed.
• Provide consultation or mentorship to staff as requested.

Education
