FOX Rehabilitation is expanding its Occupational Therapy services in Clemson, SC, inviting licensed OTs to deliver one-on-one care directly in patients’ homes or Senior Living communities. You will conduct evaluations, design individualized plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults in their homes or senior living communities
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
• Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists)
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility

• Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency
• Current CPR certification

Physical Requirements

• Exerting medium physical effort, including lifting 25–50 lbs occasionally, 10–25 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly
• Performing CPR
• Providing moderate to maximum assistance with patient transfers and bed mobility
• Repositioning patients, standing/walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and performing therapeutic activities
• Driving to patient homes and senior living communities as part of the Geriatric House Calls™ model
• Wearing PPE when required
