Qualifications

• OT license in the state(s) of practice or eligibility to apply.
• Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 occupational therapy services in the community.
• Participate in an interdisciplinary team to improve functional outcomes.
• Support geriatric patients through home-based care and education.
• Document progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
