Healing Haven LLC in Ohio is seeking an Occupational Therapist to support children with autism and their families in a state-of-the-art clinical setting. This pediatric OT role focuses on independence, sensory regulation, and meaningful participation across environments.

The position offers competitive compensation ($70,000-$99,800 total annual compensation, including bonus incentives), comprehensive benefits, continuing education support, generous PTO, scheduling flexibility, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current and unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist (MI license preferred).
• Experience with autism and behavior analysis is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments for program placement and progress monitoring.
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans.
• Utilize ongoing data analysis to modify treatment strategies as needed.
• Supervise and support therapeutic programming.
• Facilitate parent meetings and parent training to promote carryover across environments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and quality of care.
• Complete documentation, reports, and authorization-related communication with payors.
• Stay current with research and emerging methodologies in OT and autism services.

Healing Haven is a state of the art behavioral clinic for children with autism and their families. Our unique services include a 3-month parent training program, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and day-time center based ABA services for children between the ages of 2-12. What You’ll Do

Requirements

• Positive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred, but not required
• Credentialing with major insurance providers preferred, but not required
