Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist providing rehabilitative care to Medicare patients in Florida.

You will implement treatment plans and ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines within our team-based setting. Qualified candidates hold a Florida OTA license, demonstrate strong communication and documentation skills, and can work independently or with others.
