Job summary

Key Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. You will support the OT by implementing care plans and helping patients progress through their treatment plans.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program with an active COTA license.
  • Minimum of 1 year in the field in a related role.
  • Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Implement Care Plans: Execute the patient care plan developed by the OT, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
  • Advance Patient Progress: Facilitate patient advancement through their treatment plan, with adjustments as directed by the PT.
  • Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team: Coordinate with healthcare professionals to achieve individual goals.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:
