Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide outpatient services in an assisted living community in Lake Mary, FL.

This PRN role offers flexible assignments, collaborative support from a dedicated interdisciplinary team, and competitive pay while helping older adults maintain independence and quality of life in a geriatric setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities
