Skyline Healthcare Center-San Jose is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support residents under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist, following applicable federal guidelines and state practice acts.
The role involves resident screening, assisting with rehabilitative activities, monitoring progress, recording documentation, and coordination with staff to ensure quality care. AOTA-accredited associate degree and state-required OTA licensure are required or pending.
A occupational therapist assistant (OTA) works under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist to assist with a patient’s treatment program in accordance with federal guidelines and state practice acts.

Shift work may be required. Employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands or fingers, reach with hands and arms, feel, see, talk and hear.
