Job summary

Premier Pediatric Therapy in Houston is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our in-home pediatric therapy team. This PRN and Part-Time role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to work with children in their daily environments.

You will provide evidence-based occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR), helping children develop skills for daily living, play, and school participation.

Qualifications

• Licensed OTA in Texas.
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home health setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR).
• Support children in developing functional skills related to daily living, play, and school participation.
• Communicate and collaborate with families and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Document sessions and monitor patient progress toward therapy goals.
