Job summary

The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our Florida team. The OTA will provide in-home and outpatient care to help clients improve daily living and work skills. You will perform assessments and contribute to personalized plans.

You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, guide therapeutic activities, and educate families, collaborating with physicians and caregivers to ensure safe, effective home-based care.
