Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Two years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
• Active and unencumbered Occupational Therapist license in state(s) of employment is required.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification required within 30 days of hire.
