Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to care for a complex patient population with independence and accountability. The role requires providing care aligned with patient ages and advancing department growth.
Eligible candidates hold a BS or MS in OT from an AOTA accredited program, are OTR or registry eligible, and CPR certified (or able to obtain it on hire). The position supports collaborative care within Baptist Health’s network.
Demonstrates independence and accountability to provide care for a complex patient population. Committed to professional and department growth and enhancement. The agency Therapist has the ability to complete all facility competencies. Must be able to demonstrate the skills and knowledge necessary to provide care appropriate to the ages of the patients served.
