Job summary

Big Stone Therapies, Inc. in Marshall, MN seeks a Staff Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient therapy team. The role is full-time (1.0 FTE) with a typical 40-hour week and a flexible Monday–Friday schedule, located at Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team on a caseload spanning upper-extremity and hand therapy, neurological and cognitive rehab, with opportunities for specialty certification and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Eligibility for Minnesota OT licensure is required.
• Interest or experience in hand therapy is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in an adult outpatient setting with a diverse caseload.
• Opportunities in hand therapy, splinting, and lymphedema are encouraged.
• Collaborate with an OTA and hospital OT team to deliver patient care.

• Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
• Settings: This position is primarily based in an adult outpatient setting and offers a diverse, engaging caseload spanning upper extremity and hand therapy, neurological conditions, cognitive rehabilitation, and more. We welcome applicants with an interest in Hand Therapy, Splinting, and/or Lymphedema.
