Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy or higher.
• A Master's Degree is required otherwise.
• NBCOT registration and licensure per state requirements.
• Current, valid registration or license per state requirements in the state of employment.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct Occupational Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, documentation and communication.
