Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Health System in Idaho is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to provide inpatient acute care rehabilitation and address complex neurological and orthopedic conditions, including stroke recovery and hip fractures. The role requires licensure in Idaho and BLS certification, with preference for acute care or rehabilitation experience.

The therapist will assess, plan, and implement targeted OT treatment programs, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and supervise support

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in Idaho.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification (AHA/ARC/Military Training Network) at hire.
• Previous experience in Acute Care or Rehabilitation preferred.

Position Summary & Highlights

We are seeking a PRN/As- Needed Occupational Therapist who provides inpatient acute care rehabilitation services and higher medical management for patients recovering from stroke and other neurological disorders, hip fractures, brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation and complex orthopedic conditions.

What You Will Do

Our ideal candidate will assess, plans, and implements specific occupational therapy treatment programs for individual patients. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team. Supervises work of support personnel.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the State of Idaho.
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire.
• Previous experience in Acute Care or Rehabilitation preferred.
