The Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) provides skilled, medically necessary therapy services to patients in their homes. The OT evaluates functional abilities, creates individualized treatment plans, and provides interventions that focus on improving Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), safety, strength, coordination, and independence.
