Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Harmarville in Pennsylvania seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver direct therapy, develop personalized care plans, and guide patients toward independence within a collaborative team.

The role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based treatment, supervision of care, and engagement with families to support recovery and functional goals in our inpatient rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

• Providing direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns.
