Job summary

Health Here is seeking an experienced occupational therapist to provide evidence-based inpatient care to adult patients with complex medical and surgical needs. You will assess, plan, and deliver interventions to restore function and independence in ADLs and IADLs.

You will educate patients and families, support discharge planning, and collaborate with physicians, nursing, PT, SLP, and case management to ensure seamless care.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of inpatient therapy practices.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
