Soar provides interdisciplinary early intervention services for young children with autism, bringing together occupational therapy, speech therapy, ABA, psychology, and other specialties to support the whole child and family. Our care model incorporates the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a naturalistic, developmental approach designed for young children with autism.
As anOccupational Therapist, you’ll help children ages 2–6 build motor, sensory, feeding, and daily living skills in a center-based early intervention setting while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary clinical team.
Schedule: Choose between available 4x10 or 5x8 schedules, depending on location and center maturity
Base pay:$86,000.00 - $103,500.00/year per year
Bonus: Annual performance bonus potential up to $3,800, with additional compensation opportunities for achieving clinical certifications
