Job summary

Care Options for Kids is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) for home-based therapy in the Commerce City area. This role emphasizes flexibility, manageable caseloads, and the ability to support children’s sensory needs, daily routines, and independence with meaningful, individualized care.

You will collaborate with families and care teams to achieve functional outcomes, using efficient point-of-care documentation tools to minimize administrative burden.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Occupational Therapy License in State of Practice.
• Active Certification from the NBCOT.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
