Salmon Creek Post Acute & Rehab in Vancouver, WA is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team at this 120-bed skilled nursing facility. You will support residents with rehabilitative goals and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

• Must have graduation from an accredited OT program.
• Current state OT license in good standing.

Salmon Creek Acute & Rehabilitation offers around-the-clock skilled nursing in a residential setting. Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Current state of practice OT License.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing settings preferred.
