Salmon Creek Post Acute & Rehab in Vancouver, WA is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-house therapy team at our 120-bed skilled nursing facility. You will collaborate with a skilled team to deliver comprehensive OT services in a supportive environment.

Salmon Creek Acute & Rehabilitation offers around-the-clock skilled nursing in a residential setting. Our community features an outdoor recreation area, a patio garden, a rehab gym, a beauty/barber shop, a library, pastoral support, and transportation services.
