Job summary

AgeRight Therapy in Vacaville Convalescent and Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver person-centered therapy to seniors, helping them achieve meaningful goals and improve quality of life.

New grads are encouraged to apply. The role includes generous PTO (4 weeks), access to modality equipment, professional development resources, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching to support long-term financial security.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited OT program with eligibility for state licensure or active licensure.
• Experience in post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply a transformative approach to therapy, leveraging clinical data to craft personalized care plans aligned with core strengths.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited education program with the appropriate degrees in Occupational Therapy

• Current state licensure -or- in the process of obtaining appropriate state licensure
