Essential Functions

• Provide direct patient care including evaluation, treatment, equipment assessment and documentation.
• Maintain own patient schedules and utilize time efficiently.
• Maintain accurate patient records, statistical reports and other documentation related to patient care.
• Attend departmental educational activities including in-services and continuing education.

Required Background

• Bachelor's Degree required in Occupational Therapy.
• Masters preferred.
• NYS OT License and current registration required.
• Familiar with therapeutic equipment.
• Prior work experience in a similar role preferred.
