Job summary

The Remas Company is seeking an Occupational Therapist for our North Miami area client in a direct hire role. The position will start part time and transition to full time, with a 4-day schedule (20 hours) in the afternoons.

The successful candidate will lead an exceptional team as a lead therapist, bringing creativity and independence to establish a long-term career in one office. Compensation is a flat weekly rate, paid twice monthly, with pay reflecting experience, training, and skills.

Qualifications

• Active credentials with major insurance companies.
• Experienced with teletherapy.
• At least three years of experience working with special needs patients.
• Experience working with autistic children is a plus.
• Bilingual (Spanish, Russian, Creole) or Special Needs Education credentials a plus.

The new office is expanding! We are looking to put together an EXCEPTIONAL team to make this a rockstar office!

Seeking a lead therapist (OT, OT/R, OT/D) who is enthusiastic, works well independently, and is creative. Ideal candidate is looking to establish a long-term career in one office.

Compensation is a flat, weekly rate (paid twice monthly), including clinical and administrative time.

Rate subject to candidate experience, special training, and skills.

Schedule will be 4 days a week, afternoons (20hrs). Ideal candidate will transition to full-time hours.

*Preference will be given to CAS, SIPT, or C/NDT. *

HIRING REQUIREMENTS:
