Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy required or eligible for licensure.
• Minimum of 1 year of OT experience.
• Experience in acute care, inpatient, rehab, or hospital settings preferred.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of start date.
• Ability to evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to support patients with functional mobility and ADLs.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Ability to manage a daily caseload and prioritize patient needs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly rate: $32.62 - $48.93 per hour
• Full-time permanent position
• Day shift with rotating weekends
• Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus, based on eligibility, with a 2-year commitment potentially required
