Job summary

In Home Rehab of Florida is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide home-based care in the Aventura/Sunny Isles area. You will evaluate and treat older adults in their homes, delivering individualized therapy sessions and coordinating with families for education and DME planning.

The role offers flexible scheduling, autonomous session planning, and a supportive team with excellent compensation. Prior home-health experience is a plus, and active Florida license is required.

• Eligibility to work in the US
• Ability to document per Medicare guidelines
• Ability to document evaluations and treatment sessions in a timely manner

Occupational Therapist- Aventura/ sunny Isles

In Home Rehab of Florida provides occupational therapy to older adults in their homes throughout South Florida. We are a Medicare part A and B in home practice, and we are looking for an experienced and passionate occupational therapist to join our growing team! Our clinic focuses primarily on geriatrics, providing one on one care for our patients.

We offer competitive hourly rates, the flexibility to organize your own weekly schedule and the autonomy to create meaningful and customized treatment sessions.

Our ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and time management skills in order to maximize patient outcomes.

This is a great opportunity for a occupational therapist who is looking for a different model of treating, outside the clinic, a occupational therapist already making home visits who would like to take on additional work, or a occupational therapist who is looking for a high level of flexibility in their work schedule.
