Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. You will deliver compassionate, patient-centered therapy, crafting individualized treatment plans and guiding a multidisciplinary team to drive meaningful recovery for our patients.

In this role you’ll perform assessments, supervise care and treatments, and build trusting relationships with patients while supporting their physical and emotional well-being throughout the rehab journey.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state license in Occupational Therapy.
• BLS (CPR) required or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients in need of occupational therapy.
• Supervise care and treatments; lead patient assessments and create personalized care plans.
• Address patient concerns and tailor interventions to physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Build meaningful patient relationships to support successful recovery.
