Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Occupational Therapist License required; Master's Degree preferred.
• No prior experience or supervisory experience needed.

Responsibilities

• Establish treatment plans and deliver interventions across units.
• Participate in multidisciplinary care and ensure proper documentation.
• Assess, re-evaluate, and coordinate referrals and discharge planning.
