Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Parkersburg is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-centered therapy and support independence for individuals pursuing recovery.

You will assess patients, develop personalized care plans, supervise treatments and contribute to meaningful outcomes through collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and compassionate, evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

• Providing direct care to patients requiring occupational therapy.
• Supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans.
