Job summary

Ochsner Health System is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients and provide inpatient OT treatment plans based on physician orders. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to guide patients to appropriate post-acute or home care while documenting and adjusting plans as needed.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy, an active license or eligibility, and BLS certification, with the ability to travel between facilities and excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy is required.
• Current OT license in state of practice or eligibility for licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel throughout and between facilities.
