Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality rehab services in a patient-centered environment in Sherwood, AR. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to assess needs, develop individualized care plans, and support meaningful recovery outcomes.

Sign-on bonuses of $10k (full-time) or $5k (part-time) and a short-term rate of $70/hr are offered, with comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities central to our coaching approach.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy care to patients.

• Build meaningful relationships with patients by addressing physical, mental and emotional needs for recovery.
